Who Am I? I Am Complete as A Single Person

Many times, during and after a divorce, you might begin to re-evaluate who you are. After all, being in a marriage oftentimes has you taking on a new persona. Or maybe you didn't know yourself prior to getting married. This session will allow you to re-engage with who you were and who you really are.

After laying the groundwork for discovering your true self, your therapy will be followed up with an evaluation of your specific personality type. The results will demonstrate how you perceive the world and how you make decisions, in efforts to steer you in a direction that suits your personality.

Divorce is, undoubtedly, a stressful event. To survive this successfully, you'll want to focus on your own needs and maintain a healthy lifestyle if you expect to bounce back. This session will allow you to assess what you eat and your exercise routine. Here at You Can Live Again, we believe a whole-body concept is essential to a healthy mind.

Finding Your Purpose

The workshop continues with your purpose at the forefront. To get back on your feet, you need to identify what your purpose is. Without purpose, you may feel lost, drained, and ready to give up at the slightest of a nuisance. Finding your purpose in life puts you on the fast track to healing and happy living!

Forgiveness

Once you've spoiled yourself with self-love, it's time to address the importance of forgiving the ones who have hurt you. In this session, you will write all of your worries, fears, and hurts down in order to burn them away. The key here is to apply mental and physical action against everything that is holding you back so you can start walking on your new life path.
