Nadine D. Rhodes-Marsh, MS, LPA was born on January 23, 1959 in Providence, RI. She is married for 35 years to Prentice Marsh bearing three sons: Lloyd, Loren (Vik), and Trey. During her work, she's taken up residence in Italy, Germany, Georgia, Texas, and Louisiana and speaks French, Spanish, German, and Italian.

She retired from UIU and Bjach in Jan 2019, but still pastors St John African Methodist Episcopal Church, located at 2414 Burg Jones Lane, Monroe LA. She also retired from upper IOWA university and BJACH this past February 2020.

She now volunteers as a Disaster Mental Health Provider and Redeployment Reunification Facilitator for the Red Cross. Her motto:
